I would like to know whether there is any kind of negative effect if a lot of updates/content is posted in one go. I am not talking about dublicated posts or something - just fast and large in quantity updates.

For example, lets say that you post 1-2 pages per day. Then one day you post hundreds of pages. Will something drastic happen?!

You should definitely keep the rate of updates stable. If you have lots of content that you wish to add/upload, it is better to add it graduately and not in one go.
