TOPIC: Should I allow commenting?

Do you allow comments on your site? I am sort of scared of a possible negative feedback, especially on the articles I write. Should I use the comments anyway, to make the site more life-like, or should I just skip this one?

How is your traffic? If you have enough people browsing around, why not to have comments on? I wouldn't set it to auto post, though. It is wise to check and approve (or discart) some of the comments.

I suggest you to turn comments on and try to manage them. Public or reject comments as you believe, is a way to keep your visitors coming back. If you have many comments every day and cannot manage them all, then it will be a problem, you can just close them for a little and open them again when you are ready.
