Hi. I have a question about domain. Why everyone says that .com is the best option?

What if I have a domain name where .com is no longer available but, let's say, .net is?

First of all, net is a good choice. If you have a desired domain with .net - go for it.

I wouldn't recommend going for org or all those regional endings. I think google kind of seperates those websites from other bunch with certain variables and desides whom these websites fit best.

Once again, though, net is clear from it.
